Transforming Healthtech Platform with Integrated AI Solutions

The Challenge | Define health platform’s operational system, with human and medical inputs and outputs, and consumer engagement. Tackled were inefficiencies, commitment to lock down operational processes, lack of AI platform for task automation, and loose compliance requirements. Previously, this was:

  • Not Outlined: No understanding of the platform (system) what-is and what-needs-to-be.

  • Manual vs Medical Process: Recurring operations needed to be streamlined, automated and made repeatable to achieve scale.

  • Missed Opportunities: Resulting in missed opportunities to automate processes and leverage data in the future to train models on predictive metrics and (health) tiers.

The Solution | I led the vision and system with development of AI-powered app to achieve future scale, alongwith branding efforts:

  1. Branding efforts: Developed the first brand guide to match messaging. Launched website, LinkedIn and social messaging to match buyer and investor intent.

  2. Platform Operations: Created a visual structured system map with every single human and medical operational input/output and process, to identify automation opportunities.

  3. Led User-Centric Effort: Led a customer UI/UX effort with engineer, designer, coach for detailed visualizations, such as test results against median.

  4. Product Design: Led first product engagement design with the first-client cohort of 15.
